Bio

• Upon graduating from Syracuse University, I moved to the Washington, D.C. area to work on Capitol Hill.  
  Following that unique experience, I went back to school for my law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law.  Afterwards, I joined a large firm in Washington, D.C.  I worked for two AMLAW 100 firms over the next decade and a half.  My work focused on antitrust investigations, mergers, cyber-security, corporate malfeasance, and later, employee benefits, including disability benefits of former professional athletes.  During this time I contributed additional hours in assisting those in need thru the Firm’s pro-bono programs. After years of working for large corporate firms in Washington, D.C. I decided to start The Berk Law Firm, LLC. The firm is dedicated to counseling and helping clients with their everyday legal needs.  
• In my free time, I coach my son and daughter’s basketball teams in the local recreation leagues and volunteer as a coach for “Girls on the Run”.
